Shipping and Handling

We strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping and handling policies:

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the total price and weight of your order. Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be determined at the time of order processing.
  • Shipping Notification: If an increase in shipping costs is necessary, we will notify you prior to billing and shipping.
  • Shipping Methods: We primarily ship via UPS Ground and the U.S. Postal Service for deliveries within the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations will be subject to additional shipping fees.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery for in-stock items within the continental U.S. typically ranges from 4 to 10 business days. Additional transit time may apply for shipments outside this region.
  • Consolidated Shipments: Whenever possible, we will consolidate multiple items into a single shipment to reduce costs and environmental impact.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policies below:

  • General Return Policy: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipment date. Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Preauthorization Required: All returns must be preauthorized. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for approval.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement.
  • Size Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size, we will exchange the item for the correct size at no additional charge. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Customer Order Errors: If you made an error in your order, you may exchange the item for another product. No restocking fee will apply, but additional shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility. The exchanged item must be of equal or greater value (minimum 75% of the original item’s value).

Return Shipping Instructions:

  • Ship returns using prepaid UPS or U.S. Mail.
  • Insure the shipment for its full purchase value.
  • Use the original packaging whenever possible.
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return/Exchange Process:

  • Include a copy of your packing list or emailed invoice with your return.
  • Provide detailed return/exchange instructions.
  • Ship all returns and exchanges to our designated return address.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by applicable state laws.


Payment Methods

We accept orders exclusively through our secure online checkout system. Most major credit cards are accepted. All credit card transactions are verified to ensure security and prevent fraud.


Backorders

  • Backorder Notifications: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email.
  • Delayed Shipments: If an item is scheduled to ship more than 30 days after the order date, we will provide an option to cancel.
  • Backorder Fulfillment: Backordered items will be prioritized for shipment once they become available.

White Glove Service Department

Our White Glove Service Department provides premium service for select products and installations. However, due to service limitations:

  • Availability is restricted to designated service areas.
  • We may not be able to accommodate all requests based on location or service demand.
  • Service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Customers outside our standard service area may inquire about availability, but additional fees may apply.
